Quotes and scope

Prices on the Pricing page are starting prices. Every project gets a written quote stating the scope, price, and expected timeline. Work covers only the agreed scope; changes beyond it are quoted separately before being done.

Payment

Payment is by bank transfer after order confirmation. Work starts after the advance payment, and the balance is due before final delivery and handover. There is no online checkout on this site.

Client responsibilities

You provide your content (text, logo, images) and the access needed for the work — hosting access for installations, and your own gateway or third-party accounts for integrations. You are responsible for the legality of your content and for keeping your own account credentials safe. We never ask for your bank or card details.

Delivery

Timelines are stated in your quote and summarized on the Refund & Delivery Policy page. Delays caused by missing content, access, or approvals from your side extend the timeline by the same amount.

Third-party approvals

Some work depends on third parties — for example, a payment gateway's merchant approval, or a third-party API's availability. Those decisions belong to the third party. We integrate and configure, but we cannot guarantee a third party's approval, and a third party's refusal is not a failure of our work.

Liability

Our liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project. We are not liable for losses caused by third-party services, by your content, or by delays on your side.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to your order.
