Refund & Delivery Policy
Read this before ordering. If anything is unclear, ask us first.
Refunds
Advance refundable before work starts. If you cancel before we have started work on your project, your advance is refunded in full.
Not refundable after work starts. Once work has started, the advance is not refundable, because time and effort have already been spent.
Milestone payments are not refundable after the milestone is delivered. If a project is split into milestones, payment for a milestone becomes non-refundable once that milestone has been delivered to you.
Monthly support plan. The Support & Maintenance plan (Rs 5,000/month) can be cancelled with notice before the next month starts. The current month is not refunded.
To request a refund, email uktiktokmine@gmail.com or call 0303 7473176 with your order details. Approved refunds are returned by bank transfer to the account the payment came from.
Delivery timelines
Timelines are counted in working days from the day we have everything needed from you — content, access, and your approvals. Your written quote states the timeline for your project; the typical ranges below apply unless your quote says otherwise.

Delays: if your content, access, or approvals arrive late, the timeline extends by the same amount. If a third party (for example a gateway provider) delays an approval needed for your project, that delay is outside our control and extends the timeline accordingly.
Delivery means: the finished work shown to you and handed over once the balance is paid, including the files and access details agreed in your quote.
